A few words about
What We Do
Our organization is involved in empowering communities through education, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Our Projects
Education & Skill Development
We connected deserving students from Machakos County to full scholarship opportunities with partner universities and technical colleges. Through our platform, students gained access to programs in engineering, nursing, and ICT—fields they couldn’t afford on their own. Many are now actively enrolled and thriving in their studies. We also facilitated vocational training for youth in carpentry and tailoring, equipping them with skills to start their own businesses and support their families.
Climate
We partnered with local agricultural organizations to train smallholder farmers in Kitui on drought-resistant crops and water conservation techniques. Through our connections, farmers received access to subsidized seeds and drip irrigation systems. Within one growing season, crop yields increased significantly, and families reported improved food security. We continue to link these farmers to green financing options and markets for their produce.
Financial Inclusion
We connected a group of women entrepreneurs in Makueni to a microfinance partner offering low-interest loans for small businesses. Through our platform, these women accessed startup capital to launch tailoring shops, food kiosks, and agricultural ventures. We also organized a financial literacy workshop where they learned budgeting and business management skills. Today, these businesses are thriving, providing income for families and creating employment opportunities in their communities.
Digital Transformation
We partnered with a tech organization to set up a digital hub in Kitui, equipped with computers, internet access, and training resources. Community members received free training in coding, graphic design, and digital marketing over a three-month period. Several participants have since secured remote jobs and freelance opportunities with international clients. The hub continues to serve as a community resource for digital skills development and online learning.
